Shrinkage starts by creating a custom virtual copy of your bar that includes all your areas, products, vendors, and Sales Reps. Next, we take it one step further by eliminating the antiquated pen & paper method and input full and partial inventory numbers right in the app. Once inventory is complete, our smart PAR ordering generates your purchase orders by the vendor so that you can sit back and relax - only adjust quantities as needed.
